Work Overview.

During my work experience in restaurants, hotels and more lately conferences and events, I have been involved in client services. I have acquired management communication skills to effectively achieve my clients expectations of their overall service requirements.

In achieving this, I have learnt to cultivate, develop my management skills to produce and to effectively manage a team of efficient staff. By leading a structured motivated team, this produces a production that can only enhance the company by achieving the desired results, financially, profitability and also empowers the team to make decisions and achieve their goals.

In my seven years as managing and project management at GEARHOUSE , I have acquired new skills, gained valuable experience in the field of technical production in audio, audio visual, staging and lighting. I have conceptualized various productions, namely, Marie Bonne Concert, ARA, IHHWC, Micro- Biocide Trials, Eat-Out Awards, McCloskey, Uni –global, INVESTEC, Pet Shop Boys, to mention a few.

My strengths lies in effective communication with clients and understand their requirements and their needs and to put their needs in operation by giving clear communication with staff.
