A development type with two to five attacheddwelling units consolidated in a single struc-ture.
A manor house must be located on a singlelot and must contain common walls. Thebuilding must look like a conventional single-family house 'Nitti a single primary entranceexcept that a manor bouse with two dwellingunits (duplex} may have one primary entrancefor each unit. Dwelling units within a buildingmay be situated either \'lholly or partially overor under other dwelling units. No garage mayface a primary street.
