Bottle Drive for pilgrims going to WYD! The WYD pil-grims will be holding a bottle drive. Please bring your cans and bottles (well rinsed please) to the church and drop them off at the Parish Hall. Thank you so much!

SUMMER CAMP! Our Lady of Rosary; Children 4-6 years old; July 4-8 and 11 –15; 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Children, 7-11 years old; July 4 –8 ; 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Cathedral Bible Camp St. Andrew’s summer camp will take place July 18 to the 22 at St. Andrew's High school. This camp runs from 9:00 to 4:00 each day with an extra hour of care before and after at no extra charge. Camp is faith based and open to children from the ages of 4 to 12. Prayer in the Style of Taize. Come and join us on June 17 - Fridays, 6-7 pm at St Andrew's Cathedral. 740 View St. Come and kindle the practice of meditation and joy filled ecumenical prayer.

For the camp’s crafts we need your help. Would you please bring any of the following items: Clean empty glass contain-ers with labels removed; Empty paper toilet rolls or towel paper rolls; Left-over acrylic paint; Empty cardboard boxes eg: cereal, crackers, cereal bars (with no food stains); White and transparent glue. Mr. Michael Tinh Tran, a seminarian for the Diocese of Vic-toria, presently in formation at St. Peter’s Seminary in Lon-don, Ontario, will be ordained to the Order of Deacon on Friday, July 8th, 2016 at 6:30 pm at Christ the King Par-ish in Courtenay. A reception in the parish hall will follow, and all are welcome to attend the Mass and celebration. Proclaiming the Gospel at the Priory. Every first Sunday of the Month come and join the seniors at the Priory Hospital (567 Goldstream Ave) in song and Mass readings. Our Lady of the Rosary Parishioners have been active in leading hymn and scripture readings at the Priory for over 30 years. Come. See. Sing and help Seniors turn the pages of the song books. The Knights of Columbus will be putting on a pancake breakfast after all masses on Sunday May 29. This will be our last one until September.
