Implication of Korean E-Learning

Korean E-Learning in public education is being welldeveloped very rapidly with central government andregional government leading the way.

However, E-Learning was driven forward too quickly,resulting in disparate concept between E-Learning

policy and E-Learning in schools. There were lack of

good quality contents, absence of teaching-learningmodel with the application of E-Learning in schools,and inadequate participations in E-Learning by teachers.

Due to short period of development from ICT educationto E-Learning and u-Learning, this sudden change

brought insufficient time for medium & long term

development plan. Therefore, we have invested in toomuch effort and cost to set up an E-Learning system,which are trial and error.

Until now, there were no authoring software available forTeachers to use. Therefore they have used Office" for making

their own teaching materials. However Classroom is different

from Office. Teachers need to make main point, question, text,

test sheet and lecture. Daulsoft suggests teachers to use
