Please check your confirmation detailscarefully as late alterations will incur charges.Methods of Payment: All normal methods of payment, includingcash, are possible at our Offices. By post, with a cheque or bydebit/credit card – ie Switch, Visa, Mastercard, by telephone or bypost. Please make cheques payable to: ‘Johnsons Coach Travel’.Please note there is a 2% charge for payments made by credit card.Reductions for Senior Citizens, Students and Children: SeniorCitizens and Students (with a valid student card) are carried at theConcession rate. Children aged 4-14 are carried at the Child rateslisted in this brochure. Please note we cannot acceptunaccompanied children below 14 years of age.Cancellation:(a) BY THE COMPANY – should circumstances arise where, dueto less than 20 bookings, we are forced to cancel any excursion,all monies paid by all passengers for that particular excursion willbe refunded. Following that, the Company shall be exempt fromany further liability. However, in addition to this, we will offer a5% discount off the price of an alternative excursion booked asa result of the cancellation.(b) BY THE PASSENGER – you may cancel your booking at anytime prior to departure, subject to the following conditions:(i) For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to thedeparture of the excursion, a £5.00 charge per booking is made.(ii) For cancellations for which less than 7 (but more than 1) cleardays notice is received, a £15.00 per person charge is made.(iii) For cancellations made within 1 day of the excursion, the fullcost of the excursion will be charged.(iv) Special cancellation charges may apply where admissiontickets are purchased in advance.

Alterations: The company reserves the right to alter excursions orprices, the size, seating plan and specification of the vehicle used,or to cancel any excursion listed in this brochure. Please note thatif you request a change of boarding point, this may incur anadministration charge.Admission charges are included in all prices unless stated.

BOARDING INFORMATIONNotification of Boarding TimesYou will be informed of your pick up time by post, 5 days prior tothe departure of the excursion. If you have not received your pickup time within 3 days of departure, please contact our TravelOffice on 01564 797000 (Option 0).

Group BookingsWhen reserving 15 or more places in a single booking, we arepleased to offer 1 pick-up from a location of your choice (subjectto vehicular access). Discounts may also be available dependanton numbers booked.

Late BookingIf your booking is made within 7 days of departure, some pick uppoints may not be available and payment in full is required at thetime of booking. Please check with our Reservations staff who willbe happy to advise you.

Feeder VehiclesFeeder vehicles may be used to bring you to join the main coach.Please note that the feeder vehicle may be a Coach, Minibus or Taxi.
