Know-how on specialized domestic operations

Delamode handles technology for removal fridges (project started in 2010), which implies tools and respectively materials for lifting, moving, packaging for protection during transport, cleaning, and warehousing. Description of current activities within this specialized service:

Reception / delivery from/to end users are done by a team consisting in two persons: driver and one assistant (2nd driver). They use a van with tail-lift installation (max. capacity of tail-lift is 500kg); After reception of each fridge, the piece is packed with EPS corners and fixed consistently with stretch. If fridge is destined to one of Delamode platforms the cleaning process is done in warehouse; Reception and delivery are performed based on a “Reception / Delivery Note” with a format of “check-list”; During the transport the fridges are fixed with 2 belts; Cleaning is done according with procedure transmitted by Customer.
