Painted empty bottles I collected during my stay.I used color markers and watercolor to decorate each one a different design.

There were bottles on the ledge in the living roomand in the sunroom.

On the walls of the only room that had wall paper I painted my “Delft Ghosts”.they are painted likethe ceramic wares the city of Delft is historically knownfor-blue/white designs.

A large dumpster was located outside theBuilding. Since residents were leaving, manythrew their possessions away. In it, I foundthe chair, children’s books and the 1959letter – all the things I used in my project.
