2. The aforementioned land lies in the Parish of Ashwell Hertfordshire.

3. We do not admit that there are any routes over the land shown on the

map which are dedicated to the public.

STATUTORY DECLARATION

SECTION 31(6) of the HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

I Josephine Murfitt(Trustee) DO SOLEMNLY AND SINCERELY DECLARE as follows

1. I am one of the owners of the houses at Mobbs Hole Ashwell part of Home Farm, 48

High St, Guilden Morden, Royston,Herts. SG8 OJR more particularly delineated on the

map accompanying this declaration and thereon edged in red. I am making this

declaration on behalf of all the owners.

2. On the 09/09/2013 I deposited with Hertfordshire County Council, being the

appropriate Council, a statement accompanied by a map delineating our property by

red edging which stated that I do not admit there are any routes over the land

shown on the map which are dedicated to the public.

3. No additional ways have been dedicated over land edged red on the map

accompanying this declaration since the statement dated 09/09/2013 referred to in

2 above and at the present time I have no intention of dedicating any public rights

of way over our property.

AND I MAKE this solemn declaration on the 2o}L day of September 2013

conscientiously believing it to be true by virtue of the Statutory Declaration Act 1835
