The About A Chair AAC22 design exudes the

functional simplicity that is characteristic of

this entire series. The solid shell comprises a

curved back with armrests in polypropylene,

providing excellent comfort and a soft, unified

silhouette, while the four-legged wooden base

adds a timeless, classic expression, ensuring

greater stability and a longer lifetime. The

extensive range of colours and wood choices for

the base offer the opportunity to create almost

infinite design combinations.

PRODUCT DETAILS

/ Part of a multi–functional family of dining and conference

chairs, office chairs, bar stools, lounge chairs, tables, an

ottoman and a sofa.

/ Variability of shell colours and base finishes.

/ Suitable for a wide variety of private and public environments.

/ Qualified for contract use.

/ Available with plastic shell, with front- and seat upholstery

(AAC22) and full upholstery (AAC23) in a large selection of

fabrics and leathers.

/ Other base options are: 4-leg steel base, sled base, swivel

base, wheel base and solid wood legs.

/ Shell is also available without armrest.

MATERIAL

SHELL / Injection moulded solid coloured

polypropylene shell. Shell thickness: 10 mm.

Matt slightly textured surface.

BASE / Moulded plywood base. Inner plywood in beech, top

veneer in oak. Not stackable.

GLIDERS

PLASTIC GLIDER (STANDARD ON ALL) / Suitable for most

floorings which are not too sensitive

FELT GLIDER STANDARD / For wooden floors. Not for senstive

wooden floors like pine wood or painted floors. Here we

recommend felt glider soft.

FELT GLIDER SOFT / For sensitive floors like soft wooden

floors and painted floors etc.

OPTIONS

/ Seat Pad in black leather with an anti-slip backside.

/ Fixed seat cushion in polypropylene with 10 mm foam.

TESTS

EN 16139:2013 / For strength, durability and safety according

to the requirements for non-domestic seating and loading

subjected to Test severity L2 for extreme use.
