Mali, West Africa
• Mali is Africa’s fourth largest gold producing
country.
Annual gold production in 2018 ~2.14million oz
Au
>35 million oz Au of reserves
Recent new discoveries
Highly prospective and still underexplored to not
explored
Major producers and Developers - Barrick,
B2Gold, Endeavour, Allied Gold, Hummingbird,
Resolute and BCM
• Desert Gold controls 2 large exploration permits
in strategic areas.
SMSZ Project – along Senegal Mali Shear and
Main Transcurrent Shear Zones
Djimbala – Adjacent to 1.8 million ounce
Yanfolia Mine and on same geological trend as
Endeavour’s advanced Kalana Project

Western Gold Belt of Mali
• Gold mineralization in Western Mali
is related to the Senegal Mali Shear
Zone (“SMSZ”)
• Desert Gold’s property is directly on
and proximal to the SMSZ
• (1)Major deposits in close proximity to
the SMSZ Project:
Yatela: 3.5 Moz
Sadiola: 8.1 Moz
Loulo: 9.8 Moz
Gounkoto: 4.4 Moz
Tabakoto & Segala: 3.3 Moz
Fekola: 7 Moz
• (2)Given the size, location and
prevalence of gold anomalies on the
SMSZ Project, Desert Gold believes
the discovery of similar sized gold
deposits is achievable on its land
package
June 2020 6
SMSZ Project, West Mali
• 410 km2 Project spans the SMSZ
Significant drill results including 6.28
g/t Au over 13 meters. OPEN!
• 20 known sediment, volcanic and
intrusion-hosted gold zones
Mineralization style mimics that of the
nearby sulphide-replacement altered,
limestone-hosted Sadiola and Yatela
deposits that are host to more than 8
million ounces of gold.
• Additional Upside
>100 untested gold-in-soil anomalies
>200 ppb, untested IP anomalies
THE PLAN
• 57 Target areas identified
• 15,000 m+ drilling program started in
Q4, 2019. Mix of first pass to resource
drilling
• 10,000 m+ auger drilling program
planned in 1H 2020
• Resource report tentatively planned for
late Q3, 2020
June 2020 7
SMSZ Target Areas
• 59 target areas delineated
Recent program began testing 4 of the
target areas with a 74 hole, 3,507 metre
drill program
Target areas consist of a combination of
o known zones with inferred
extensions both along strike and to
depth,
o artisanal workings,
o gold-in-soil anomalies of >200
ppb gold,
o gold in auger anomalies of >100
ppb gold
o IP chargeability high anomalies
o Covered areas with inferred
structural targets
o Areas along strike of known zones
that have not been explored
Plan to develop new grassroots targets
and drill test grassroots to resource
build targets

Southern Gold Belt of Mali
• The 100 km2 Djimbala prospect is
proximal to several large mines and
deposits
• (3)Hummingbird’s Komana mine (2.2
million oz Au) occurs just west of the
Djimbala permit and (4)Endeavour’s
Kalana deposit with 2MM oz is ~18 km
south of Djimbala.
• It is also 15 km north of the Kodieran
gold mine.
• Bulk of the property has never been
explored even though it appears to be in
the ‘right area’
• Follow-up to include first pass soil
sampling in the southern half of the
concession, prospecting and mapping
• Optioned to Indigo Exploration

Summary/Highlights
SMSZ PROJECT
Regional scale 410 km2 land package spanning 38km of the SMSZ and a 10km splay of the
MTSZ
Regionally these structures are related to deposits from 1.5 to >10 million in size
Target model working - Encountering similar geology to nearby >10 million oz Au
Sadiola/Yatela mines
20 known gold zones with minimal exploration to date
Upside – New gold zones and compelling soil anomalies to follow up with >100, >200 ppb gold
New results – 2.04 g/t gold over 30 metres and 3.03 g/t gold over 8 metres
DJIMBALA
Adjacent to new Hummingbird Mine
Reported major artisanal mining presence on property
Initial, small, soil sampling program shows strong results with 20 samples >100 ppb gold
Additional surface exploration to be completed to delineate first drill targets
Optioned to Indigo

1) Barrick’s Loulo-Gounkoto mine complex to the west with ore reserves of 32 Mt (million tonnes) average at 4.6 g/t for 3.7
million oz Au in the Proven and Probable category. Barrick website - https://barrick.q4cdn.com/788666289/files/quarterly-
report/2018/Randgold-2018-Reserves-Resources.pdf Estimated Indicated mineral resources of 23Mt @ 4.0 g/t Au totalling
2.5 million ounces of gold and estimated inferred mineral resources BCM’s (formerly Endeavour Mining) Tabakoto and
Segala mines which hosts ~3 million oz Au (18.5 Mt at 3.5 g/t for 1.8 million oz Au Measured and Indicated, 9 Mt at 3.6 g/t
for 1 million oz Au Inferred and 6.4 Mt at 3.5 g/t for 0.7 million oz Au Proven and Probable. B2Gold Fekola mine to the
south with ore reserves of 48.3 Mt average at 2.37 g/t gold for 3.34 million oz Au in the Proven and Probably category and
65.8 Mt average at 2.13 g/t gold for 4.5 million oz Au. To the north Sadiola/Yatela mine contains ore reserves of 38 Mt at
1.57 g/t gold for 2 million oz Au and 87 Mt at 1.58 g/t gold for 6 million oz Au in the Measured and Indicated category.
