Under rule 10 (a) of the General Rules for A.P. State & Sub Ordinate Service rules 1996,

read with the orders / instructions issued in the reference cited, Sri/Smt.KARAM. ASHOK,

Design:SGT T/M, PS GANGOJIPET, PULKAL MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT, whose name is

listed in the provisional seniority list for promotion to the post of (LFLHM (LB Management))

and not attended the promotion counseling held in the month of July 2015 is hereby issued in-

absentia (Suo-moto) promotion orders for the post of Category-(18) of Class-I i.e., LFLHM

DISTRICT, whose name is listed in the provisional seniority list for promotion to the post of

(LFLHM (LB Management)) and not attended the promotion counseling held in the month of

Under rule 10 (a) of the General Rules for A.P. State & Sub Ordinate Service rules 1996,

read with the orders / instructions issued in the reference cited, Sri/Smt.ARUKALA.

MALLAIAH, Design:SGT T/M, PS Danduvanikunta Thanda, TEKMAL MANDAL, MEDAK

DISTRICT, whose name is listed in the provisional seniority list for promotion to the post of

(LFLHM (LB Management)) and not attended the promotion counseling held in the month of

July 2015 is hereby issued in-absentia (Suo-moto) promotion orders for the post of Category-

(18) of Class-I i.e., LFLHM (Local Body Management) and posted at PS

YETIGADDAKISTAPUR, THOGUTA MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT from the left over

vacancies.

The promotion now ordered is purely temporary and liable for termination at any time without notice and without assigning any reason thereof for such termination.

He/she is not entitled for TTA and joining time as the posting is ordered at his/her own

request.

He/she requested to get relief and join in the new promotion post within (3) days from

the date of receipt of promotion order failing which he/she will forfeit his/her right for

promotion in the present and in the future as per G.O. Ms. No. 193 GAD Dated: 23.04.1999.

The concerned HM / MEO is requested to relieve the above teacher on or after

03.09.2015 with instructions to join at his/her new post.

The promotion orders now issued subject to the following conditions:

a. That he/she shall join at the new station (School) within THREE days.

b. He/she agrees to draw the admissible HRA in the category in which the school to

which he/she is posted on promotion.

c. That his/her seniority is subject to the out come of the SLP No. 22597/612/2004

and 8874/2007 pending in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi on

unified teachers service rules. d. He/she agree that the present posting is purely adhoc and subject to review at any

time.

He/she shall abide by the terms and conditions as stipulated by the Government and is

liable for any action deemed fit for violation there of or undertaking given by them.
