If my tenant has defaulted with her payments, please deal with her directly and a copy to me. it is not correct to deal with me directly as I was never a party to this arrangement and either I have approved it. Although this item began to appear in my invoices so I called the clerk concern and she said that this was done only to facilitate 'accounting purposes' only and that I am not responsible for this arrangement. I also came to know that the tenant has paid your office a deposit for using this facility. Where is the involvement of the owner in this case. Please direct to the concern person for further action
