We aim to please.Available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, our Customer Service Representatives field approximately 2,500 calls and 200 customer emails every day. Our service level commitment aims for 80% of those calls to be answered in 30 seconds or less and the resulting customer interactions strive for a 95% quality benchmark.

Our Claims teams are thoroughly familiar with every facet of the hundreds of plan configurations that we offer to our college and university clients. Our six teams, composed of claims examiners, appeal specialists, trainers and Student Health Center ledger billing examiners, receive approximately 4,000 claims every day.

Enrolling in an insurance plan doesn’t have to be a chore. At www.UHCSR.com, your students can review their policy details and rates, and then enroll in 7 easy steps. Once they’ve paid with a credit card or check, they are done! Their new coverage is automatically loaded into our system, and the student is mailed a laminated ID card.

We don’t stop there, though. Students who enroll online have access to a wealth of self-service options: plan and coverage details, locating a network provider, claims status review, updating of personal information like address and phone number, online request for replacement ID cards and email access to our Customer Service department.
