e-PORTFOLIOS IN BLACKBOARD

A portfolio is a collection of digital files that are shared electronically for the purpose of reflection,

comment, and evaluation.

In Blackboard at Shenandoah University, we

can access ePortfolios via the link in the

TOOLS module under the ACADEMICS tab.

In the portfolio home page, or MY PORTFOLIOS, click the CREATE PORTFOLIO button to begin to put

together your own portfolio.

Be sure to finalize the action by clicking SUBMIT.

The ePortfolio home page

(MY PORTFOLIOS), of

course will provide you

access to any and all

portfolios you have either

created, or have had

shared with you. The MY ARTIFACTS link will access

and display in one field all

artifacts you have loaded

into all of your portfolios.

SHARING AND VIEWING PORTFOLIOS WITHIN A Bb COURSE

In any content area, the instructor may create a link to the PORTFOLIO tool, thereby creating a display

area for any portfolios which have been shared with this course.

When that link is selected, the portfolio listing will appear, as below.
