deliverables and assist you in installing it. A semi-dedicated hosting server will be required for the

website if your traffic of the site is expected to be more than 5000 hits per day. We recommend

flexihostings.net for this purpose

2. In case you want to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) .i.e. https on your domain you will have to

purchase an SSL certificate. We recommend Verisign or Thwate for purchasing SSL certificates.

3. We can purchase these things on your behalf , provided you bear the extra cost incurred.

4. For online payment , you need payment gateways like PayPal, Google Checkout etc. most of

which charge for the service. It is recommended that you purchase them independently on your

own ( to protect your confidentiality)

5. Payment gateway integrations like paypal are done within the shopping cart- additional payment

gateway integration charges will be extra.

5. We require 30 % of the payment to be made before the starting ofPhase 1 , another 30 % after

the successful completion ofPhase 1, Another 30% will be taken after phase 2. Rest after the work

is over and site is handed over to you.

6. Specially for SMS websites and other websites using third party gateways and features- the

service pack or the gateways has to be purchased separately. We can help you in purchasing the

4.1 Security

The system shall be made secure to prevent most of the modern well known attacks. The

deliverable shall be designed systematically to immune it from SQL Injection and XSS attacks.

The system shall be designed following international quality standards. We follow the standard

practices derived from ISO and CMM guidelines.

The system shall implement modularity , with each independent module designed and tested

separately . We shall ensure that the system shall maintain its functionality in the worst of

The system shall have good performance over time. It will be tested drastically to ensure the best

The system will be designed keeping in mind over 100000 users with at least 10 % of them using it

concurrently. We shall adopt Object Oriented approach to model the system therefore

completion of work .(We expect the buyer to provide feedback based on our work).

5. We will provide 6 months support for the system designed by us. Further extension of the

support can be negotiated. This includes fixing any bug that might creep in, any change in

6. Open Source codes and CMS used in the development for your websites can be downloaded

and will not be handed to client. The client can purchase that from us based on the actual

value of the cms, software or source codes on the vendor websites.
