Colloquium lectures 1 The evening events, lasting two hours, offer specialists and managers of the Bosch Group the opportunity to keep abreast of current trends and developments in their specialized area. The topics vary from the latest developments in science and engineering and topics on corporate management to ethics of corporate trading.

As “Corporate University”, the Robert Bosch Kolleg (RK) offers in-service education at university level to strengthen technical, methodological and business competencies.

In addition to seminars, colloquium lectures and forums, RK also runs full management programs.

Speakers come from universities, institutes, research centers and from within the company. The events with external lecturers are supported by experts from Bosch to foster a professional exchange and the transfer of knowledge into practice.

Hence RK uses and promotes advances in knowledge from science, economy and from within the company to strengthen the basis for innovation.

University compatibleTasks and targets

Curriculum “General Management” (RK GM)Target group: managers at least SL2. Essential elements of general management are conveyed interactively on a scientific level. Duration: 4 x 8 days, language: G.

Curriculum “Automotive Technology” (RK AT)Target group: specialists and managers, particularly from non-technical areas. Quick and reliable overview of existing and new techniques and technologies. Duration: 2 x 4 days, language: G/E.

Curriculum “Professional Service Management” (RK PSM)Target group: specialists and managers in service units. The program leads to the certificate “Professional Service Manager”. Duration: 4 x 2 days, language: G/E.

RK Project Manager Qualification (RK PMQ)Target group: prospective and designated project managers. The program leads to the Bosch certificate “Certified Project Manager”. Duration: 1,5 years, language: E.

Part-time Master Programs (EMBA and MSc)Target group: managers with potential (SL1). Executive education in cooperation with internationally accredited Business Schools. Duration: 2 years, language: E.

Bosch Innovation Specialist (RK BIS) Target group: specialists and managers, developing and forwarding innovations to support their business unit. The program leads to the Bosch certificate “Bosch Innovation Specialist”. Duration: 8 months, language: G.
