CHINA EASTERN
In 1990, the concept of using computer to replace paper
manual is proposed in aviation industry to improve
operational efficiency;
In 1997, Airbus brings out LPC with portable computer.
EFB is an electronic device which provides flight crew in
the cockpit with various information of Manual, document,
chart, NOTAM and meteorological material, It has basic
calculation and display functions (such as performance
calculation, fuel calculation) and stronger capability of
function expansion to enable less paper cockpit.

EFB试运行不正常情况统计表

公司已针对存在的问题及时召开了沟通协调会,强调了开启资料包后信息通报的重要性,同时,对EFB资料的管理问题也进行了整改,目前信息通报渠道畅通。
2 2012.12.31 570 6099 机组发现IPAD中的巴黎起飞性能表缺页,只有一张,故拆包使用纸质资料。 公司已针对存在的问题及时召开了沟通协调会,强调了开启资料包后信息通报的重要性,同时,对EFB资料的管理问题也进行了整改,目前信息通报渠道畅通。
3 2013.01.14 220 6099 因临时调配飞机而导致资料启封。 公司发文要求运行控制中心严格按照《关于在A330-200机型实施1级EFB试运行的通知》(东航股通知〔2012〕1448号)的要求尽量减少对A330-200飞机的临时调配,降低资料拆封的可能性。
4 2013.01.21 5627 6123 因临时调配飞机而导致资料启封。 公司发文要求运行控制中心严格按照《关于在A330-200机型实施1级EFB试运行的通知》(东航股通知〔2012〕1448号)的要求尽量减少对A330-200飞机的临时调配,降低资料拆封的可能性。
5 2013.02.23 788 6123 机组因SEC1系统出现故障,为核实EFB内数据是否与纸质资料一致,故拆包进行核对。
属于机组人为拆包核实手册内容,EFB运行可靠性没有问题,公司已向机组强调EFB内的资料是最新有效的,非EFB故障或紧急情况下不允许拆封EFB资料包。
6 2013.02.25 5359 6121 机组因在驾驶舱未找到国内高空图,故拆包使用备份国内高空图。 因机载综合资料夹中的国内高空图遗失,机组才拆封EFB封存资料夹取用备份国内高空图,不属于非正常启封事件。鉴于驾驶舱中国内高空图遗失的情况,公司已要求运行控制中心运行支持部及时补充配发,并在公司安全视频会上进行讲评,要求各相关运行单位加强对运行人员的教育,重视对驾驶舱文件资料的管理。
