Organising is a process of idetifying and grouping of activities

required to attain the objective,delegating authority,creating

responsibility and establishing relationships for the people to work 

effectively.

Establishment of objectives and proper planning are

necessary for effective organization.

The search for an ideal organization to reflects goalsunder any circumstances is the force of  planning.continuos remolding of the ideal plan isnormally necessary to cope with enviroinmentalchange.

company and not for the another company

MODIFICATION OF HUMAN FACTOR 

The structure should be modified to fit individuals

capabilities ,attitudees or limitations.

This modification look like organizing around people

In this case first organize the structure around the

goals to be met and activites to be undertaken and

only then making modifications for the humanfactor

REORGANISATION

Some of the reasons for requiring reorganization are scale of 

major properties,charges in produt line or marketig

methods,business cycles,competitive influences,new

 productiontion tecniques,labour union policygovernment

regulatory or the current state of knowledge about organizing.

It may be caused by demonstrated deficiencies in an existing

structure such as excessive spans of 

management,committes,lack of uniform policy,slow decisionmaking,failure to accomplish objectives,

RELATIONSHIP The basic step in over coming the problem of line staff 

conflicts is the proper understanding of line staff authority

relationship

It should me made clear to all , the line people have the

responsibility for the sucessful operation of the organisation.

Staff people is responsible for providing sound advice and

service to the line executive

They should rely more on the authority of knowledge andcometence rather than authority of position.

KEEPING STAFF INFORMED IF line people have taken some actions directly without

consulting staff people,they should be informed immediately

about it.

The line people should keep the staff fully informed of their 

 problems and requirements.

The staff people should be informed about the action going

on in their area of activities and can pinpoint the drawback in

action
