LOCATION DESCRIPTION

El Dorado Centre is located on West Central Avenue near the signalized intersection with

South Village Road. Traffic counts exceed 16,800 vehicles per day in front of the property.

The center is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and directly across from

Sutherlands. Other national retailers in the area include Dollar Tree, Hibbett Sports,
