Transcript Administrator Configuration• During testing phase, the cloud will be the test
cloud. During migration to production, you will need to make sure the URL is pointing to the production cloud.

eTranscript PDF Printer Rule• All formatting of eTranscripts use XSL Stylesheet.
• Evisions’ FormFusion tool is not used with eTranscripts

• Must have Banner Student 8.6.2 installed as a minimum• Several Patches released with Banner Student 8.7.2 –
Highly recommend to install all patches• Banner Student 8.7 has other prerequisites\impacts
(Banner General, Web Tailor and Web General all need to be at 8.7)
• XE Technology • DBEU needs to be in place (Database Extension Utility)• Primary impact is on ODS (Operational Data Store.) XE
technology requires Banner ODS Preprocessor installation

• Test Single Sign On through student portal and Self Registration through Parchment site

• Parchment supports working with legacy records a number of ways
• Legacy student’s hard copy transcripts are imaged in Xtender (document imaging system) in pdf format
• To identify the legacy students a hold must be created in Banner
• Creating a hold will prompt manual intervention before transcript can be delivered
• Documents must be uploaded to Parchment in the tiff form
• Adobe Photoshop is used to create tiff

– Kiosk created within the Office of the Registrar to assist walk in students
