ELP Hub Integration With CRM Tools

The ELP Hub is now able to integrate with most major CRM tools.

To take advantage of this integration, choose Account Profile under the Account tab and scroll down until you see Third Party CRM Information.

This is where you’ll choose your CRM Name and enter your CRM Email. (This is the email address you use for “lead import” in your CRM. It might be different than your regular email address.)

If your CRM isn’t listed in the dropdown, please select “Other” and tell us your CRM. We hope to integrate with other tools in the future, and this will help determine which ones our agents use. (The CRM Email field will still be on the form, but will be disabled.)

CRM Integration FAQ

How does the integration work?

If your CRM isn’t listed in the dropdown, please select “Other” and tell us your CRM. We hope to integrate with other tools in the future, and this will help determine which ones our agents use. (The CRM Email field will still be on the form, but will be disabled.)

Can I go to the ELP Hub from my CRM?

When viewing one of these leads in your CRM, you will see a note with a link that will take you directly to that lead’s page in your ELP Hub account. You will use this link to update the lead’s status when appropriate.

Will there be additional information in the ELP Hub now?

In the ELP Hub, you will be able to see the last time a given lead was sent to your CRM, if it has been sent. You also will have the ability to manually send or resend a lead. The expectation is that you will not need to do this very often, but you will have the ability to do so if necessary.

Will all of my leads be sent to my CRM?

We’ll be able to send this information for the vast majority of leads, but there will be some leads that we won’t be able to send. Those will be noted in the ELP Hub as the screenshots below depict.

Does a lead go directly into my CRM if I don’t log into the ELP Hub first?

You will not receive leads directly into your CRM without first viewing a lead in your ELP Hub.

Will updates I make in my CRM transfer to the ELP Hub?

This is a one-way integration. The ELP Hub can send leads to your CRM, but your CRM does not send any lead status updates to the ELP Hub. For example, if you delete a lead in your CRM, it will not delete from the ELP Hub too. Note: You still need to keep your lead’s status updated in the ELP Hub.

Desktop ELP Hub

Will the leads that are currently in my ELP Hub transfer to my CRM once I set up the integration?

Only leads you receive after setting up the integration will be automatically sent to your CRM. Any leads you received prior will need to be manually sent to your CRM from the ELP Hub site. That ability is now available within both the mobile and the desktop hub, as depicted in the screenshots on page 3.
