Employee Portal
Computer Arts, Inc. has created an online portal to enable employees to view their Pay Stubs, Accruals, and W2s. This documentation is an overview of how to use the Employee Portal. This is intended for employees to view their payroll information.
We appreciate the input from our users in helping to prioritize and aid in the development of all of our programs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the help desk.

Employee Portal EMPLOYEE USER LOGIN
Employees are assigned a User Id and Password.
HOME After logging in, the employee has five toolbar selections to choose from. The Home tab displays announcements or county-wide information, and important dates.
Update Account
To update password, click on update account. This will bring up a screen allowing the employee to update their password information.
To Logout, choose Logout and this will bring you back to the login screen.

MY INFORMATION Employees can view and update their name, address and contact information by selecting the My Information tab from the menu options. To edit, select the Edit button. The employee has the option to Cancel the changes or Save them.
MY MONEY Employees have the ability to view their Direct Deposit Bank Info, Paystubs and W-2’s. They can also access the Paycheck calculator to see what their net pay would be if their deductions change.
Direct Deposit Direct Deposit information is available as a selection under
the My Money tab.

Pay Stub Employees have the option to view or print paystubs for the selected year, position and pay period.
Paycheck Calculator The paycheck calculator located under the My Money tab is a very useful tool for employees who would like to view potential changes made to their federal and/or state withholding allowances.

View/Print W-2’s From the My Money tab, employees can view and print their year end W-2 information. Select the Year and click on the View button.
MY TIME This section displays accrual balances and summary.

Accruals By selecting the Accruals located under the My Time tab, employees can access summary balances or view history details of each accrual type for a selected year and view any changes affecting that accrual code.
