Purchase Management
A majority of our raw materials are purchased in Europe, a highly regulated marketplace. Our suppliers have environmentally clean and modern production facilities . Low energy transportation costs. A majority of our suppliers are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified.
Environmental Management Production
The air in our production facility is cleaned with a thermo-reactor, which is the latest purifying tech-nology. For the past fifteen years, we have fulfilled the requirements of the Federal Emissions Control Law (Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz), which is based on the US Clean Air Act (CAA). All materials used within our production are either recycled or environmentally disposed of. Our waste management program meets the latest official German and European requirements. Our ongoing philosophy: waste avoidance, waste collection, refuge disposal. We meet the highest safety standards for handling and stocking raw materials and chemicals accor-ding the latest stringent German and European standards. ISO 14001 certified by DQS GmbH for the last ten years.

Products
For the past twenty years we have eliminated heavy metals, such as cadmium and lead, from our products because they pose environmental and personal health risks. Diverse product range containing products free of PVC and phosphates. A number of our products meet the Ökotex-Stan-dard 100 . Some of our products are made with water-based coatings, therefore making them 100% solvent-free.
Recycling
Verseidag-Indutex GmbH is a member of the IVK (Industrieverband Kunststoffe / Plastics Trade Association) and takes part in their collecting and recycling program. Thermal recycling of our products creates high amounts of reusable energy. Waste from our production processes is environ-mentally managed by being collected, cleaned, and then reused in other production cycles. .
Future
Products made of environmentally friendly, green-gas neutral, alternative plastics. REACH is the new European standard to control and certify the environmental compatibility of all chemicals characteristics. We will abide by the REACH project’s rules and regulations by using only certified chemicals.
