1. The Secret Guest Inspection is a way for us to evaluate the quality of the service and find
specific areas of weakness in other domains also i.e. sales argument, leadership, effectiveness
at work, problem solving abilities, Use of English at work, etc.
It is crucial that this part of the training preparation process is implemented thoroughly; the
more accurate the inspection is, the more focused and effective the training will be. Therefore,
each and every evaluation is custom-made according to your business and your companys
work field.

Evaluation at Work consists of having our Instructors or Inspectors spend time with the staff members designated to eventually be trained and assess their strengths and weaknesses. We will perform an in-depth evaluation of all the criteria applicable to the staffs main tasks and responsibilities at work.
At your discretion, and for the best results from our programs, some non-confidential written material can be shared with us for further analysis i.e. Reports, Letters, Memorandums, Emails, etc.
We believe that this method is particulary useful for key members of a given department or for companies that have fewer employees.
By individually evaluating each trainee prior to instruction, we are assured of completely understanding their areas of weakness and strenght, therefore adjust our methods to coach them more efficiently on their specific needs.

Phuong was presentable, polite and knowledgeable. She definitely understood the merchandise and was attentive to the customers. However, she should take better attention to what the customers are saying to maximize their specific needs and improve Up-selling opportunities. Lastly, Phuong needs to restock/inventory during down times to prepare for the next business shift.

Operator of the Ha Van Hotel, Owner of Yen's Restaurant, TNHH Kim Le Viet,TNHH Nha Trang,
Mr. Albernhe about Envision and the Ha Van Hotel
& The Rooftop Lounge Ha Van Hotel Tripadvisor Reviews
When in late 2008 The Ha Van Hotel decided to move the
makeshift restaurant weve been using in the lobby (mainly to
serve breakfasts) to the 5th floor, I realised that I needed
professional help to train our future staff, make floor plans, make
menus and advertising. The hotel had been #1 on Tripadvisor.com for about 1 year and attendance was
up sharply; we had to get to the next level of service if we wanted to be serious in staying the leader of
our category.
Quickly we realised that many Vietnamese companies involved in staff training for F&B would be
completely inadequate for the restaurant we had in mind. Moreover, none were offering a global
solution to help in designing the physical location (bar location, kitchen location, general layout of the
working floor) a big problem for us since we had very little time to do it ourselves. Through a common
friend working in HCMC, Ive met Phillippe Baillargeon and quickly developed a healthy working
relationship.
He and his consultant team came with plans for both the restaurant layout and the training of our
employees. We were very pleased by the speed of the process. The restaurant took one month to be
operational; we opened officially on November the 1rst, 2008.
While the restaurant was being built, Envision Vietnam Instructors were already intensively training our
waiters to modern technic of table serving and most importantly on general social skills of pleasing our
guests. This might seems trivial but having a restaurant is all about services and guest relations.
Phillippes leadership and communication skills transformed our shy Vietnamese staff into individuals
who now have the social expertise required to please our customers and increase the rate of repeated
guests.
From the moment the restaurant opened, The Ha Van Hotel who was already #1 on Tripadvisor.com
became even more notorious and set out to become one of Nha Trang most famous hotel; listed on
Lonely Planet, Le Guide du Routard and other well established travel publications. Were not anymore
the #1 hotel in Nha Trang, all the big branded hotel are here now, but we are still #1 in our category
(budget) and certainly still #1 in service in Nha Trang.

Mr Albernhe about Envision Vietnam
and Yns Restaurant Nha Trang Yens Restaurant Tripadvisor Reviews
In early 2011, ridding on our popularity, my wife and I
decided to open a Vietnamese restaurant next door to
our hotel. Naturally, we called Mr. Baillargeon to discuss
about concepts and feasibilities of plans as we had to
setup the restaurant from scratch. The vision we had in
mind was to have the best restaurant in Nha Trang but
especially to have the best team of waiters giving the best possible service one could find in town.
Following up from his excellent work at our hotel previously, Mr. Baillargeon started to train our new
waiters for diligent service and advance social skills and he made magic. Vietnamese workers are often
hard to managed, they have often little insensitive to strive for excellence. He trained them on the use
of great service technics while at the same time working on opening their mind and bringing useful
social skills to our staff. He was eloquently able to train our employees and have them realise that
hardworking is essential to achieve an up-raised philosophy of excellence.
In June 2011, Yns Restaurant became #1 Restaurant in Nha Trang on Tripadvisor.com. We now offer
the best food, the best atmosphere and the absolute best service of Nha Trang. All the big hotels
(Sheraton, Novotel, Inter Continental) send us their guests as they request to eat at Yns Restaurant.
Our restaurants service reputation is pristine. Mr. Baillargeons touch is felt to this day.
A Note from Nicolas Albernhe
Ive decided to accept a position on The Board of Advisors of Envision Vietnam because I wanted to be
part of an enterprise that uses innovative technics that teach customer service to the new generation of
Vietnamese and entrepreneur alike. Having myself many years experience in providing excellent
customer services and having Envision Vietnam done so much for my enterprises in Nha Trang, it was
only natural for me to accept a post of advisor to help build ITA into a reputable and solid company. ITA
has a unique understanding of how modern Vietnam works and how focusing on social skills helps
improved dramatically the productivity of the workforce. ITA is a school of life for many of our trainees;
it feels good to be part of a company that open wide so many minds.

A Note from Guillaume H. Leclout
As a member of Envision Vietnams Board of Advisors, I strongly believe in the consistency and quality
of the programs the company offers. I joined forces with Envision because it is a unique organization in
Vietnam that has tremendous potential for expansion.
I have already advised and assisted them on building ideal curriculums for their clients. My expertise in
the field of Marketing was proven to be useful when Mr. Baillargeon asked me to help him develop
distinct evaluation methods for Sales and Marketing staff.
I was impressed by the techniques and approach they use; they are perfectly adapted to the
Vietnamese market and staff with Instructors and Advisors that have been involved in Vietnam for many
years and have contributed to its evolution and progress. It is crucial that the Vietnamese workforce
meet International standards to better perform in this competitive world we live in. I think ITA and
Vietnamese companies understand the urge of meeting these standards and the impact it has on their

A note from Philippe Baillargeon
Since arriving in Vietnam, in 2008, Ive seen many businesses having to adapt rapidly to the
spontaneous growth. The need to meet the international markets standards became crucial to any
business wanting to propel their expansion. The demand for external customized training &consulting
then became essential to any organization wanting to surpass others of the same industry. Envision
Vietnams roots come from the ever growing needs that this particular market demands but particularly
from the desire to distinguish our Association from the traditional vocational schools and training
methods.
Im a true believer of the importance of passing-on knowledge, so that your thoughts and impressions
can carry on living and evolving in the future in different ways. There is no feeling more rewarding than
knowing the work you have done has helped others in their own personal and professional way. I joined
Envision Vietnam because I wanted to see a company out there that offers a progressive personal
approach towards other businesses. We are working hand-in-hand with our clients from the beginning
to the end with the objective of forging long lasting alliances.
Our team is composed of some of the most incredible individuals I have had the chance to work with
since Ive set foot in Vietnam six years ago. We are confident in assuming that the best customized
training programs are conducted by expert professionals in their respective field; thats why all our
Instructors have very distinct specific skills, backgrounds and careers. United under one banner, we
combine our knowledge and abilities to build wealth and prosperity amongst others.
