Students in Year 13, who have completed an Envision project, mentor an Envision team within their school.

Grad Mentors work alongside Team Mentors and Envision Coordinators.

They receive accreditation from Envision once they have spent a year mentoring the team.

Benefits of Peer to Peer Mentoring Envision grads know the Envision programme

Envision grads provide other young people with role models & someone to aspire to

Envision grads are someone who young people feel they can ask advice from

Envision grads are in school all the time, always available to answer questions

Envision grads can support large Envision teams

Regular reflection sessions for grads mentors

Flexible arrangements – attend 8 sessions by Christmas

Each grad is supported by:

An adult Team Mentor, a trained and experienced volunteer

The Envision Coordinator who attends meetings on a regular basis and communicates with both the team and the grad mentors

Grad mentors receive training from Envision and are introduced to different facilitation techniques by their coordinator
