About Executive Performance Consulting
• EPC is a dedicated consulting team focused on organizational success. Our customized model to achieve financial goals examines business strategy, brand(s), organization talent, upstream and downstream marketing, operations, supply chain, sales, and customer experience
• We believe quantifiable metrics linked across all functions drive performance. We design the “Scoreboard Method” to drive financial outcomes. Research indicates organizations perform at a higher level when they understand how their work impact results
• The “Scoreboard Method” pinpoints roadblocks between strategy, execution, and customers
About Executive Performance Consulting• Shared metrics create employee engagement and build high performance
work groups • EPC's team members bring "world class" corporate experiences. Our
journey discovers various paths to financial success, utilizes metrics to link vision/strategy to successful execution
• Our mission is to strengthen organizational plans to energize financial results and sustain long term viability
Score Board MethodPhase One Assessment
Scoreboard Method Phase One• Begin with the current business plan to stake out desired end point(s) • Business financial results often fall short due to a lack of commitment in
our four critical Scoreboard Method investment zones• Identifying resource weight factors across these four zones will assess
current plan risks and complete Phase One of the “Scoreboard Method”• Let’s review these four zones at a high level
Phase One – Four Zone Model CLET (weight changes in each category produce different outcomes)
Budget plans establish value of financial commitments - Plan Capital - Plan Resources
Product development, product launch, sales strategy and marketing tend to be more impacted by belief drivers
Time milestones are critical and define deliverable expectation

Phase One Four Zone Factors• Determine each zone’s weight factor balanced with current plan• Weight factor changes impact risks associated with the overall business plan• Example:
• if the plan is heavily weighted with cash it lessens margin of error in remaining zones• If the plan is heavily weighted in emotion it increases margin of error in remaining zones• The goal is not to balance zone weighting but rather assess current probability of plan in
across all zones• This exercise generates crucial dialogue about success/risks probability
Executive Performance Consulting• The remaining phases of the Scoreboard Method require personal
engagement with our team• A highly competitive world makes it crucial to have a “Scoreboard Model”
designed for your business• Allocating progressions for the 1st quarter and 4th quarter is critical in
leadership decision making• We welcome the prospect to explore the possibilities
