Epic Midstream LLC
! Epic was incorporated in 2011. White Deer Energy and Blue Water Energy partnered to form Epic Midstream LLC.
! In April 2012 Epic Midstream acquired five terminals in the SE US consisting of 65 storage
tanks for a total of 1.5 million barrels of refined product storage capacity. On January 7, 2015 Epic acquired a terminal in Alamogordo, NM.
! On December 8, 2015 Epic Midstream LLC and Trans-Global Solutions, Inc. (TGS) established a partnership through the formation of a new entity named Epic-TGS Services, LLC for the development of a 1,000-railcar storage facility on approximately 155.47 acres located in Angleton Texas.
! On December 22, 2015 Epic acquired a second terminal in Savannah, Georgia. Savannah
North, formerly Axeon, consists 19 tanks and over 1.1 million barrels in shell capacity. ! Today Epic Midstream assets consist of 96 tanks and over 3 million barrels of storage. ! Epic handles refined products, biodiesel, ethanol, various chemicals, and fertilizers for a
diverse group of customers. ! Since inception Epic has invested an additional $18+ million into its base assets.
