Prime Vendor Price Contract
– Award One Vendor per Bid in a specific category
– Has A List Of Primary Items and A Secondary Catalog
– Bid Cycle Varies By Category
– Vendors Are Required To Sell To And Service All KPC Members
Prime Vendor Price Contract– Food Service Products:

• Price Updates Quarterly for Primary Item List
• Price Updates Monthly For The Secondary Item List
• Price Updates Weekly For Perishables
• Secondary Items are $2.10 Per Item Plus Current Cost

• A FREE Network Analysis performed by our Systems Engineers utilizing KEDC’s Fluke OptiView Series II Integrated Network Analyzer. It will be able to spot trouble within your network such as spyware, adware, duplicate IP addresses, or switches/hubs in classrooms, all that cause bandwidth issues.

• A FREE Infrastructure Site Analysis of the site of your choice. You will receive a CAD drawing that has all network drops plotted for easy troubleshooting.

have until the end of the 2009-2010 school year to redeem.
