PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDDinesh (Dan) S. Rama is a partner of NewGen Advisory and of Green Card Fund, an EB-5 RegionalCenter. He has had a career in the hospitality industry as a hotel operator and owner beginning in1994 after pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arizona and graduated with a BA inHistory and Mathematics from Arizona State University.
Between 2000 through 2007, Mr. Rama was under the guidance of Robert Fitzgerald, former ChiefOperating Officer of Best Western International and Sam Apostle, former President of RamadaHotels in advising clients on acquiring and divesting hospitality assets throughout the UnitedStates. Throughout Mr. Rama’s career, he has been involved with the disposition of over $900Millions of hospitality assets. He has brokered and advised clients on acquiring, merging, anddivesting of hospitality assets throughout the United States.
He is also a lifetime member and former Southwest Regional Director of the Asian American HotelOwners Association (AAHOA), and currently serves as an ambassador.. Since 2017 Mr. Rama wasselected and is still active on the board of the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association (AzLTA)
