Continuing Education and Evaluation InstructionsThe training offers many opportunities for continuing education. Please review and contact Kathleen Lavich at [email protected] with any questions.
Nursing contact hours will be provided by MPRO. MPRO is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-011-91) (OH-296, August 1, 2018.)
Application has been made for nursing home administrator and social work continuing education.
An email will be sent to all participants within five business days of the conference with guidance for completing CE evaluations. Please follow the directions and link provided in the email. Within 4-6 weeks after the online evaluation time frame has ended, an email with your certificate (s) will be sent to those who have completed the evaluation process. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Registration fee is $125 and the deadline is Friday, September 8, 2017. After Friday, September 8, 2017 an additional $25 charge will be added for late registrations. Participants may pay online with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Checks should be made payable to: State of Michigan, and mailed to:
State of Michigan, Community and Health Systems — JPST, 525 W. Allegan, P.O. Box 30004, Lansing, MI 48909. Please attach a copy of your registration form with your check.
Cancellation Policy: NO refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are recommended and can be completed online.

Complimentary parking will be provided at the Lansing Center Parking Lot (A), inform the parking attendant you are attending the JPST event. If the parking lot is full,
You may park at the N. Grand Parking Ramp (D). Ask for a parking voucher at the JPST Registration booths. To view parking options, go to:

end of the JPST conference. An enclosed walkway connects the hotel and the Lansing Center.
