    Objective: Organizing and training five teams of fieldworkers to demonstrate acceptance of a new method ofbirth control.

    If we want to decrease the number of days to complete theproject to 60 days, then we need extra funding ($500)

    We need extra manpower on certain days to be able tocomplete the project.

    Need to be specific on what task should be implemented Activities not on the critical path can be moved around

    depending on the late finishing time so that the criticalpath activities can be completed on time according to

    schedule. Benchmark will be based on comparing to other similar

    projects.

    Need to be sensitive to cultural context and values, and

    religious beliefs.

    To ensure that this project is successful and

    timely , we need to take into seriousconsideration the fact that, even though wemight have enough funding from the donors,enough human resources and materials,

    BUT..if we do not have the cooperation andendorsement of the Stakeholders, the projectwould fail.
