Federal, State & Local GovernmentFederal, State & Local GovernmentRecognizing the growing need for rehabilitation of our nation’s infrastructure, R.E. Warner & Associates, Inc. has the experience and expertise in both design and project administration for the repair, rehabilitation and construction of highway bridges, local streets and roadways, interstate highways, sewer and water lines, water and wastewater treatment facilities, public buildings and facilities.

Over the years, our highway design staff has completed numerous projects for state and local jurisdictions involving planning, relocation, reconstruction and repaving of local and interstate highways, traffic analysis and signalization. Our bridge design projects, whether complete replacement or rehabilitation and redecking, have always been characterized as functional and cost effective.

We offer a wide range of environmental services from assessments to water and wastewater treatment design. Our engineers provide preliminary studies, design and construction administration for wastewater collection and treatment and water treatment and distribution facilities.

We have extensive experience in the planning and design of flood control projects including dams, reservoirs, stormwater detention/retention facilities, storm sewers, culverts and channel improvements.

As the demand for enhanced public service continues to increase, government agencies have turned to R.E. Warner to improve their buildings and facilities. We have designed several new service and maintenance facilities and modernized numerous others.
