Kathy, Max, Molly, Colette & the Pied Piper Family are so pleased you are spending the summer with us! PIED PIPER is a happy, healthy and fun place to spend the lazy days of summer. Please feel free to call us with any questions. We are a family run business. We have known all staff members for decades! So dig out your bathing suits, towels, sunscreen and water guns. We’ll provide the FUN. DATES: Monday June 29 th – Friday August 21 st (there will be no camp on Friday July 3 rd ) TIMES: AM Program 9:00 am – 11:45 am PM Program 12:15pm – 3:00 pm Full Day 9:00am – 3:00 pm Daycare Hours 8:00 am – 5:00pm The children have daily choices of activities such as sports , art & crafts, music, cooking and theatre. There is water play every day including water tables, sprinklers & slip and slides. *******Campers should bring in bathing suits and towels. Label everything-it can stay on the premises to dry overnight, over the weekend or bring them home with you******* ********Campers staying ALL DAY should bring in 2 suits, 2 pairs of water shoes and 1 towel* *roller skates, roller blades, skate boards, bikes and trikes, heelies, jump ropes, water guns and scooters are always welcome (with helmets, knee pads and elbow pads) Proof of Immunization and Medical Records required by June 19th !!! Camp Procedures : 1. To enter parking lot, follow “one way” signs. As you look at the building the one way entrances are on the far left and far right with the one way exit between the camp and the church. Traffic flows one way! Right hand turns ONLY onto route 202! 2. Our first activity is outdoors. During inclement weather, please bring campers inside through the door on the left with the ramp . Enter and exit camp slowly and cautiously! These safety rules are strictly adhered to in order to keep your children safe! 3. Campers will ONLY be released to those people WHO HAVE YOUR CHILD’S KEY CHAIN ID. Luggage Tag ID’s and camp t-shirts will be given out on your first day of camp if you didn't pick them up at the school picnic. 4. No camper will be admitted with a fever, vomiting, undiagnosed rash or eye discharge. 5. All diaper-wearing campers must provide the following every day: diapers, wipes and disposable “swim-pants” for water play. 6. We must be made aware of any food or insect allergies. We will administer sting-eze or benedryl lotion to any bug bite unless indicated otherwise by parent/guardian. 7. All campers need a labeled snack, drink and lunch for full day campers. 8. Tuition is due on or prior to the 15 th day of JUNE 9. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. 10. Children will be protected with sun block during their outdoor activities. If your child has a sensitivity and needs special protection please send it in a labeled container. Give directly to Kathy or Max at the gate.
