II. Commercial Information

1. Statement of Confidentiality

This proposal reveals significant business capabilities, technology, pricing and pricing strategy. These elements are essential to Fluenta and are considered proprietary. Fluenta provides this pro-posal under the expressed understanding that it will be held in confidence, that it will not be cop-ied or reproduced in any manner and that it will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent from Fluenta.

2. Scope of Supply

Unless otherwise specified in writing, Fluenta’s standard conditions of sale apply to all prices given in attached quotation. A hard copy will be made available on request. Fluenta’s total liability shall under no circumstance exceed the total PO value. Further, Fluenta will under no circumstances accept liability for consequential damages of any kind. Unless otherwise clearly specified by the customer and stated under the commercial section of the attached quotation the quoted equipment will be delivered according to Fluenta’s standard materials as listed under the technical section of this product description.

3. Delivery Schedule

Fluenta offers the equipment described in attached quotation with an Ex Works delivery time stat-ed in attached quotation from our acceptance of the Purchase Order and agreed Instrument Data Sheet (whichever comes last). Spare parts have a standard delivery time of 1-3 weeks. Delivery time always refers to the FAT date and does not include freight time.

4. Terms of Delivery

The standard delivery terms are:For the Systems: ExW Straszyn (Poland), according to INCOTERMS 2010.For the Spools: ExW Staffordshire (UK), according to INCOTERMS 2010.

5. Preservation, Packing and Marking

The system will be packed and marked according to Fluenta packing and marking procedure, including export packing.

6. Third Party Inspection

Third Party Inspection is not included in the Scope of Supply.

IV. Fluenta’s Quality System in Brief

1. Point of Origin

The Fluenta FGM160 is developed, designed and manufactured by Fluenta AS, which is head-quartered in Norway with offices all around the world. The manufacturing site is located in Straszyn, Poland. Sub-suppliers are used for machining of mechanical parts, assembly, fabrication of electronics modules and components.

2. Quality System

Fluenta’s Quality System is certified according to NS-EN ISO 9001 : 2008 and EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2011. This certificate is not just a symbol, but a testimony to Fluenta’s focus on quality now and in the future.

3. Inspection and Test Plan

A typical Inspection and Test Plan is available on request. The intention of this quality plan is to re-fer to the appropriate procedures that form the quality requirements for Fluenta AS. This to ensure that all of the firm’s activities during a project period will meet the requirements for manufacturing, testing and documentation.

V. The FGM160 System

A standard Fluenta FGM160 system includes a Field Computer (section 6.1) and two Ultrasonic Transducers (6.2) including ball valves (6.2) and transducer holders (6.2), nuts, bolts and gaskets for mounting, and 10-meter Transducer cables.

The complete flow computer is mounted in an Ex-de enclosure. The field com-puter is standard for each order. The only project adjustment is the input of relevant process parameters.

2. Ultrasonic Transducers, Ball Valves and Transducer Holders

Fluenta’s ultrasonic transducers are non-intrusive for all pipe diameters. This is an advantage over intrusive transducers which are more exposed to deposits and particles in the flow. In addition, high flow velocity can cause the transducers to vibrate, potentially reducing performance.

Our non-intrusive transducers have a built-in retraction mechanism, which makes it possible to retract them in operation without any special retraction tool.
