What Is Changing for 2017

7

• Medical Coverage Choices – Aon Active Health Exchange

– Five medical plan options (3 high deductible and 2 PPOs)

– Four to five insurance carrier options (national and regional carriers)

• Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution from First Data is ending – but the funding is being used to directly reduce OA per paycheck contributions.

– This gives OAs the power to decide to put those dollars into the HSA or use as take home pay.

• Annual Medical Deductible is increasing for 2017 medical plans similar to the Standard and Enhanced plans.

– To keep our OAs “whole” First Data is decreasing 2017 medical plan paycheck contributions.

• More Owner-Associate Control – you choose how to use the paycheck savings – put the money into a 2017 HSA, buy-up to a richer plan or use it for other purposes

• New Online Tools

– Aon Active Health Exchange – online shopping site for medical plan selection

– “Make It Yours” website – pre-enrollment medical plan review and pricing

Aon Active Health Exchange Basics Generous Company Contributions • Contribution (or credit) from First Data to purchase medical coverage

• Credit does not change based on metallic level or insurance carrier

• Allows owner-associate to buy up or buy down to best fit need – Owner-associate paycheck contribution based on metallic level, carrier, coverage tier,

geography and salary band

• Owner-associate’s earning under $85,000: – 2016 payroll deduction for Standard plan is flat for the 2017 Bronze Plus plan –

adjustment for the eliminated company HSA deposit, and increased deductible lowers the 2017 cost for Bronze Plus, however you may need to switch carriers to get the lower rate

• Owner-associate’s earning at/over $85,000: – 2016 payroll contribution for Enhanced plan is flat for the 2017 Silver plan –

adjustment for the eliminated company HSA deposit, and increased deductible lowers the 2017 cost for Silver, however you may need to switch carriers to get the lower rate
