  • WELCOME TO DESTINATION WELLBEING AND 2018 ANNUAL ENROLLMENT!Annual Enrollment is your opportunity to review all your benefits and personal information, as well as consider taking advantage of important benefits offered to you through Lockheed Martin. Even if nothing has changed in your life, take a few moments to review your information and consider your choices.

    Our new benefits initiative, Destination Wellbeing, is your roadmap for making the most of this years Annual Enrollment. This Annual Enrollment Guide will give you information about any benefits changes as well as an at-a-glance Annual Enrollment checklist that includes reminders of important actions and instructions for where and how to enroll in your 2018 benefits.

    New for 2018 Annual Enrollment: A Redesigned LMESC OnlineWhen you access the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center (LMESC) Online to enroll in or make changes to your 2018 benefits, you will notice a redesigned website. The refreshed design features an easy-to-navigate tile format that will make enrolling in your benefits and getting the information you need easier than ever. Please see Page 8 of this guide for more information about the changes to the LMESC Online.

Then, during your Annual Enrollment wave, visit the Destination Wellbeing portal, destinationwellbeing.global.lmco.com, and access the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner to view your specific benefits information and pricing and to enroll in your benefits.

    Look for the compass throughout this guide for important action steps and information about tools and resources that will help you make the most of your Lockheed Martin benefits.

    Review your 2018 benefits and pricing to enroll in your benefits. When your Annual Enrollment wave begins, visit the Destination Wellbeing portal, destinationwellbeing.global.lmco.com, and access the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner.

    Make your Health Care and/or Dependent Care Spending Account (HCSA/DCSA) elections. You must make an active enrollment election if you wish to contribute money to flexible spending accounts in 2018. The 2018 default contribution amount is $0 if you do not make an election this Annual Enrollment period.

    Enroll dependent children for benefits, including children for whom you have court-appointed legal guardianship. In 2018, dependent children up to age 26 for whom you have court-appointed legal guardianship can be enrolled in your Lockheed Martin benefits. We no longer require that the child be your grandchild to qualify for benefits. Please note you will be required to provide proof of the court-appointed legal guardianship to the LMESC prior to the child being enrolled and before the end of your Annual Enrollment wave.

    Review and update your current beneficiary information. Whether you need to assign a new beneficiary or update an existing one, now is the perfect time to make sure this critical information is accurate. Its easy to do and can be completed by visiting the Destination Wellbeing portal, accessing the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner, then clicking on the silhouette in the upper right corner next to your name.

    THE BENEFIT WHATS CHANGING

    Employee Assistance Program (EAP) GuidanceResources from ComPsych will replace LifeMatters as our new EAP provider. See Page 4 for more information.

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) We are moving from PayFlex to BenefitWallet as the administrator for Health Care Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Spending Accounts. See Page 4 for more information.

    Tobacco Cessation Program There is no longer a lifetime limit on how many times an individual can sign up for help with quitting tobacco products. See Page 7 for more information.

    Eligible Dependents In 2018, dependent children for whom you have court-appointed legal guardianship will now be eligible for coverage under your Lockheed Martin benefits until age 26.

    KEY DATESAnnual Enrollment has been extended this year. Beginning on your wave start date, visit the Destination Wellbeing portal and access the Lockheed Martin Employee Service Center (LMESC) Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner or call the LMESC to enroll in your 2018 benefits.

    * Expatriates may enroll at any time from Oct. 10 to Dec. 8.

    HOW TO ENROLLEnroll Online1. During your Annual Enrollment wave, visit the

    Destination Wellbeing portal,destinationwellbeing.global.lmco.com, and access the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner.

    2. Click on the Annual Enrollment event tile and follow the steps to make your elections.

    3. Save a copy of your election summary for your records. Your election summary will also be mailed to your home and posted to the LMESC Online.

    4. If you havent designated a life insurance beneficiary online, or you would like to review your current beneficiaries, please visit the Destination Wellbeing portal and access the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner. Click on the silhouette in the upper right corner next to your name to view or update your beneficiaries.

    Select the prompt for Annual Enrollment. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern time, except on holidays. Please have your Login ID and PIN available when calling. If you have forgotten your PIN, you may request a new PIN during your call.

    Remember, the elections you make during Annual Enrollment take effect Jan. 1, 2018, and you cannot change them during the calendar year unless you experience a qualified status change. If you have a qualified status change, you must report the event and any changes to your elections to the LMESC within 30 days following the event.

    Note: You can view your current 2017 benefits under My Benefits, accessed from the LMESC Online home page.

    Do not make 2018 enrollment decisions based solely on this information because plan offerings and costs may vary.

    TAKE CHARGE: VIEW YOUR 2018 OPTIONS AND PRICING. While specific benefits will depend on your work location, or Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), the following pages detail some of the benefits that may be offered. You can view your 2018 options when your Annual Enrollment wave begins by visiting the Destination Wellbeing portal, destinationwellbeing.global.lmco.com, and accessing the LMESC Online from the Annual Enrollment 2018 banner.

    CHAT WITH THE LMESC ONLINE ABOUT BENEFITS QUESTIONS.The LMESC Online features a special Live Chat portal that allows you to chat real time during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern time, with an LMESC Customer Service Representative who can answer specific questions about your benefits. You can also submit a secure message to LMESC Customer Service Representatives by using the Contact Us feature.
