 A Trawlerman came to the clinic :- unable to gut quick enough.

Presented with a 2 week right radial nerve palsy and was going back to sea.Cause slept heavily on leave already been on 2 trips since.

Left hand showing loss of fingers and long term damage from gear.

 A simple cock up splint at least allowed return to sea, with follow up on return.Need; monetary, self employed, essential part of the team.Attitude; just a stuffed wrist, dont want to slip with the knife. Had worse.
