Conditioning & Stretching Sequencing Sandra StarettNDCC Fitness Studio

Having a good conditioning & stretching sequence no matter what genre you teach is important to presenting a solid workout session. Often as new instructors/trainers we’re not sure where to start or maybe we are just in a groove with the programs we put together as a seasoned instructor/trainer. This session will review the science of muscle conditioning and play with sequencing to build on foundational exercises. Create stronger results through selections that flow smoothly, feel good and target challenging areas. We will examine which stretches are best to use and when, and will review an inventory of stretching moves including guidelines on which stretches are ideal to include while sequencing for flow & fluidity. This will keep them coming back for more.
