Please provide adequate available space for thebath unit in accordance with rough-in. Arrange thelocation of drain in advance.

All installations must comply with council and localauthority by-laws. It is the responsibility of the installerto ensure that the waste is made watertight by meansof silicone sealant or caulking compound.

The bath can be installed after the decoration ofthe bathroom walls is finished. However, bath drain andwater pipe shall be pre-arranged.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

C. New or Replacement Installation

Requirements

This bath can be installed in new or existing bathrooms.For replacement: Remove the old bath, and removeenough old wall material and floor covering from thearea to allow for installation. Remove any old plumbingthat does not confo m to the rough-in requirements.For new installation: Position the plumbing according tothe rough-in dimensions. Cap the suppliers, and checkfor leaks.

When the bath is installed inside the shower room,where the bath and shower room share the same drain,please install drain filter for small water flow to ensuredrain outflow is smooth in order to avoid overflow inshower room.

Check the flooring under the bath, and make repairs asneeded. Make sure the is level. It is stronglyrecommended to prepare waterproof layer for thesubfloor beforehand.

INSTALL THE BATH

A. Put the bath at desired position

1. Adjust the feet under the bath to make it level. Adjustthe height of the bath to the height marked in theRoughing-In. Tighten the nut on the adjustable feetto settle the height of the bath.

The bath must be installed level on a flat and levelsubfloor without any bumps or protrusions.Adjust the height of the bath to the height marked inthe Roughing-In.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

A.A. Protect the Bath UnitCover the bath with a protective layer or similarmaterial. Be careful not to scratch the bath surface.

B. Plumbing Installation

The drain has been installed onto the bath before itleaves factory. Fill the bath with water before the bathis securely positioned so as to check the connectionsfor leaks. Damage caused by negligence is not coveredby warranty.

Be careful not to damage the bottom of the bathand the subfloor.Note:

1. When the bath is securely positioned, connect thedrain to the trap and apply silicone sealant.

2. Connect drain with drainage pipe and check allconnections for leak.

When individual drain is available for the bath

CAUTION: Risk of property damage. Ensure awatertight seal on the bath drain.

3. Ensure a seal on the bath drain and the floor drain.

When the bath is installed inside shower room, the bathand shower room share the same drain. It isrecommended to choose a bath equipped with frontdrain and the bath is installed at the opposite side ofthe drain.

Cleaning and Care

Cleaning Acrylic Surfaces: Do not use abrasivecleansers on any acrylic surfaces, as they will scratchand dull the surface. Wipe out the bath after each useto prevent a build-up of soap and scum.

If the acrylic surface becomes dull, an automotive typerubbing compound may be used on the unit, followedby an application of paste wax.
