The images in the set A and the set B have been combined in one presentation for convenience. A left mouse click (or a down arrow) will take to the next slide, which is the conventional side-by-side stereo photograph meant to be viewed in two dimensions during the study. (However, these can be viewed by a suitable on-screen stereo-viewer for three dimensional view). On pressing the left mouse button (or down arrow) again, the left image will start flickering. A further left click will present the next slide, and so on.

(Note: the blue ring in some of the images is an artifact).
