24th Banbury Blues & Guitar Festival

Promoter Crazy Cactus has announced the lineup for the 2011 Banbury Blues and GuitarFestival at The Mill Arts Centre Banbury on the12th March. Featuring a star studded line up

as always, the afternoon session will be headed by MickPini, Roger Hubbard and Graham Hine demonstratingtheir individual styles on guitar and vocals.The evening events starts at 7.30 with a performance bySwiss based Blues Beaten Redshaw. At 8pm, 3 stageswill run concurrently offering a varied choice of materialand styles. Band performances will include the Mick PiniBand, Buick 6 and Aberdeen based Gerry JablonskiElectric Band. Preceded by local talent Henry withinfluences of Bob Dylan and Jackson Brown.North East based Lee Bates and Billy Newton willperform numbers reminiscent of Sonny Terry and BrownieMcGee on guitar and harmonica with their own styleof irreverent humour. What is Basic Car Insurance?
