ALL IN...two words that communicate passion, vision and commitment. For those who call Hilton Head Island Community Church their spiritual home, ALL IN will become our rally cry over the next two years.
When Hilton Head Island Community Church was launched ten years ago, we never could have dreamed of all that God would do in our community and beyond. He took a small group of people with a sincere passion to take the gospel message to the unchurched and He did the miraculous… hundreds of people have made commitments to Jesus, have found a place to grow spiritually and serve wholeheartedly.
Over the next several months, we will take a look at what it means to be generous. We will explore God’s desire to bless us and grow our faith through giving and living generously. We believe that ALL IN, a two-year generosity initiative, will prepare and propel us into the next decade and beyond. God has just begun to do extraordinary things and our best days are yet to come. However, it will require all who call Hilton Head Island Community Church their spiritual home, to be ALL IN in terms of the work that God has called us to do.
What is a “One Fund” Generosity Initiative?Over the next two years, we are focusing our generosity into one single fund that includes all our ministry efforts at HHICC: general fund, building projects, and local/global missions.
FOR THE MISSION - 1.7MALL IN begins with each of us living our mission… to share the message of Jesus Christ and lead people to follow Him. We want to see 100 percent of those who call HHICC their spiritual home giving generously of their financial resources, connected in a group, and actively serving our community. For the Mission includes the financial resources needed for all of our existing ministries as well as planning for additional resources and staffing as we continue to expand our ministry efforts.
FOR THE FUTURE - 1.7MALL IN means increasing our visible presence in the community and planning for the future. We desire to be DEBT FREE with our current facility and to increase our physical footprint on Hargray’s current campus. We also desire to add a Worship Center lobby - a permanent place to gather, welcome and connect.
FOR THE WORLD - 300KOver the next two years, we will intensify our focus to help local and global ministries. By 2020, HHICC will move from giving 10 percent to giving 20 percent of our weekly contributions to these ministry efforts. We desire to plant a church in Belize through our partnership with ROW KIDS that will be strategically located near the two villages we serve, Billy White and San Marcos.
TWO-YEAR ALL IN TOTAL - 3.7M Imagine what would happen if everyone at HHICC decided to be ALL IN in every area? In a two-year span, God could do a work at HHICC that could pave the way for decades to come on Hilton Head Island. We want to be a people that live generously, connect deeply, and serve wholeheartedly. We want to do it together. We want to go ALL IN.
