Ford F250 & F350 Safari Snorkels

Seattle, WA – ARB USA now offers a Safari snorkel for Ford F250 & F350 models. The largest

snorkel in the range, it fits all F250 & F350 vehicles manufactured from July 2001 to 2004 that

are fitted with 7.3L Powerstroke, V8 diesel engines.

A Safari snorkel relocates your engine’s air intake point from a relatively low and vulnerable

position under the bonnet to a much higher and safer location where a constant source of cool,

clean, dry air is available.

The benefits are twofold. First of all, the likelihood of your engine taking on water during a

stream crossing is greatly reduced. Without fitment of a Safari snorkel, even quite shallow water

presents a serious hazard to your engine. Secondly, a Safari snorkel minimises the chances of

dust inhalation when driving in dry conditions, when you’re off road or at the end of a convoy for

instance. By decreasing the risk of water and dust ingestion, you dramatically reduce the

likelihood of severe and costly damage to your vehicle’s engine.

The F250/F350 Safari snorkel is designed to complement the vehicles’ contours and built to

accommodate their large engines and thirst for clean air. Fitted to the left-hand side of the

vehicle, the snorkel comes complete with a Safari air ram and all of the associated hardware

required for installation.
