“My faith journey in this year has been truly significant. Like what everyone says, if you choose to give out a year to God, He will never fail to amaze you with what He can do.” Eden – Malaysian Post Graduate student. Eden has returned to Malaysia to plant an English speaking church.

“My hunger for him has been getting deeper. I find myself longing for him and his presence more and more. I would recommend it to young guys who are looking for their purpose in this kingdom, to grow in leadership and be part of a great movement of God.” Mikko – 25 from Finland. Mikko

joined the staff team at Crookes on the media team in September 2011.

“FORM is an excellent discipleship and equipping programme which offers students amazing opportunities for growth within the context of a vibrant, city changing church. It is Word and Spirit based and mission focused. I unreservedly recommend it.” Dr Mark Stibbe - Father’s Heart Trust

Form is an excellent, tried and tested way of deepening discipleship and getting equipped in Christian ministry and service. I commend it wholeheartedly. The Rt. Revd. Dr. Steven Croft, Bishop of Sheffield.

FORM IS A DISCIPLESHIP, LEADERSHIP AND MISSION TRAINING YEAR. Form is a training year with a proven track record. For 18 years we have been training young adults to fulfil their potential and transform lives. Form will equip you for life, for leadership and for mission. It’s a three day a week training experience based in the heart of one of the fastest growing churches in the UK. As a trainee you will become part of a pioneering ministry team developing your skills and shaping your character. You will gain experience at the heart of the church leading others; in preaching and teaching; in leading worship and pushing out in mission. You will receive personal investment through discipleship groups and one-to-one coaching. Discover more of who God has made you to be and how to be more effective in life, leadership and mission.

THE FORM TRAINING YEAR

FORM OVERVIEW

8

The Form year finishes with trainee reviews, a final weekend retreat and graduation

Before Easter Form goes on an overseas mission - its a chance to serve the poor and marginalised in a culture and context very different from our own.

The Form year follows the same pattern and our school terms with a week off at half tern and two weeks break at Christmas and Easter

In June we serve at Pilgrimage [www.pilgrimageuk.org] our international conference developing missional communities

Form begins with a weekend retreat - a chance to get to know one another, to tell our stories, to pray with one another and meet with God.

FORM BEGINS AT THE START OF SEPTEMBER AND RUNS THROUGH UNTIL MID JUNE.

OVERSEAS MISSION

A key part of the year is our overseas mission trip. We have links with mission teams operating around the world in some of the poorest communities. Each year the trainees raise funds and go and serve alongside these teams.

In previous years we have served in Ghana, Romania, Uganda, Vietnam, Switzerland and Northern Ireland.
