Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana yang dikelola oleh PT Principal Asset Management (“Reksa Dana Principal”) ditawarkan dan dijual berdasarkan Kontrak Investasi Kolektif dan Prospektus Reksa Dana Principal yang bersangkutan yang ditandatangani PT Principal Asset Management selaku Manajer Investasi bersama dengan Bank Kustodian masing-masing Reksa Dana tersebut, serta berdasarkan informasi yang tertera dalam prospektus dan informasi tertulis lainnya yang dikeluarkan oleh Manajer Investasi.

Manajer Investasi tidak bertanggung jawab atas informasi dan representasi selain dari yang tercantum dalam Prospektus dan informasi tertulis lainnya yang di keluarkan oleh Manajer Investasi.

Pemesanan Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana Principal wajib dilakukan dan akan diproses sesuai yang tercantum dalam Kontrak Investasi Kolektif dan Prospektus masing-masing Reksa Dana Principal, termasuk ketentuan mengenai perpindahan kelas Unit Penyertaan secara otomatis yang diatur dalam Kontrak Investasi Kolektif dan Prospektus serta telah dinyatakan dalam Persetujuan Nasabah.

Calon Pemegang Unit Penyertaan memahami bahwa pemilihan produk investasi oleh calon Pemegang Unit Penyertaan secara independen termasuk apabila Investor memilih jenis produk yang tidak sesuai dengan profil risiko calon Pemegang Unit Penyertaan yang bersangkutan.

Beberapa Reksa Dana Principal memiliki batas minimum kepemilikan yang harus dijaga oleh masing-masing pemegang unit penyertaan, pemegang unit penyertaan memahami apabila saldo unit penyertaan kurang dari batas minimum kepemilikan unit penyertaan yang diwajibkan maka Manajer lnvestasi berhak untuk langsung mencairkan Unit Penyertaan tersebut dan mengirimkan dana hasil pencairan tersebut kerekening Pemegang Unit Penyertaan yang bersangkutan.

Setoran atau pemindahbukuan harap ditujukan ke rekening di bawah ini:

Semua biaya bank dan / atau biaya pemindahbukuan sehubungan dengan pembayaran tersebut di atas menjadi tanggung jawab Pemegang Unit Penyertaan.

Formulir Pembelian Unit Penyertaan yang telah diisi lengkap dan dilampiri dengan fotokopi Bukti Jati Diri dan Bukti Pembayaran dapat diserahkan kepada Manajer Investasi atau Agen Penjual selama jam kerja. Bagi Pemesan Badan Hukum wajib melampirkan fotokopi Anggaran Dasar, NPWP berdasarkan fotokopi Bukti Jati Diri pejabat yang berwenang dan/atau dokumen lain sebagaimana diwajibkan.

Untuk Pembelian Unit Penyertaan selanjutnya, pemegang Unit Penyertaan dapat mengisi permohonan pembelian Unit Penyertaan kembali dengan sekurang - kurangnya menyerahkan salinan bukti setor / transfer ke Manajer lnvestasi atau Agen Penjual.

Bagi Formulir Pembelian Unit Penyertaan dan Uang Penyertaan (in good funds) yang diterima Bank Kustodian sebelum jam 13:00 WIB, Pembelian Unit Penyertaan akan diproses berdasarkan Nilai Aktiva Bersih per Unit Penyertaan pada akhir hari bursa tersebut. Jika Formulir Pembelian Unit Penyertaan atau Uang Penyertaan (in good funds) diterima Bank Kustodian setelah jam 13:00 WIB, maka Pembelian Unit Penyertaan akan diproses berdasarkan Nilai Aktiva Bersih per Unit Penyertaan pada hari bursa berikutnya.

Saya/Kami dengan ini menyetujui bahwa penyampaian surat atau bukti konfirmasi transaksi unit penyertaan Reksa Dana dan laporan berkala Reksa Dana akan dilakukan secara elektronik melalui fasilitas AKSes.

Apabila ada perubahan data Pemegang Unit Penyertaan, maka Pemegang Unit Penyertaan harus memberitahukan Manajer Investasi secara tertulis.

Formulir ini dibuat dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Jika terdapat perbedaan penafsiran antara ketentuan Bahasa Indonesia dengan ketentuan Bahasa Inggris, maka yang berlaku adalah ketentuan dalam bahasa Indonesia.

All bank charges and / or transfer fees in connection with such payment are to be borne by the Prospective Participation Unit Holder.

The completed Subscription Form should be submitted to the Investment Manager or Selling Agent during working hours, accompanied by a copy of investor's identification card or passport, and a copy of the payment slip. Institutional investors must also submit a copy of the company's Article of Association, tax ID number and copy(ies) of identification card of the authorized signatory(ies).

For additional subscription, the Participation Unit Holder may fill out the application by submitting the copy of payment/transfer slip to the Investment Manager or Selling Agent.

For subscription and payment (in good funds) received before 1.00 PM West Indonesia Time by the Custodian Bank, the subscription should be processed based on the Net Asset Value per Unit at the end of the bourse day. If subscription and payment (in good funds) are received by the Custodian Bank after 1.00 PM West Indonesia Time, then the subscription should be processed based on the Net Asset Value per Unit of the following bourse day.

I/We hereby agree that the transaction confirmation letter or evidence of participation unit of Mutual Fund and regular report of Mutual Fund will be conducted electronically through AKSes facility.

Should there be any change in data of the Participation Unit Holder, the Participation Unit Holder should notify the Investment Manager in writing.

This Form is made in Indonesian and English language. In case of different interpretation between provisions in Indonesian language with provisions in English language, then provision in Indonesian language shall prevail.

Participation Units of mutual fund managed by PT Principal Asset Management ("Principal Mutual Fund”) are issued pursuant to provisions in the deeds of collective investments contracts and prospectus' of Principal Mutual Fund signed between PT Principal Asset Management as Investment Manager, together with the respective Custodian Banks of each mutual funds and based on the information contained in the prospectus and other written publication issued by the Investment Manager.

The Investment Manager is not responsible for the information and representations other than those stated in the Prospectus and other written information issued by the Investment Manager.

The subscription of Principal Mutual Fund shall be conducted and processed in accordance with the terms and condition stated in the Collective Investment Contract and Prospectus of the respective Mutual Fund, including the terms and condition of auto-switching of the participating unit as provided under the Collective Investment Contract and Prospectus and as stated in the Customer Consent.

Prospective Participation Unit Holder understands that the investment products selection made by the prospective Participation Unit Holder is his/her own sole decision independently, including if he/she choose the type of product that does not match with his / her risk profile.

Some of Principal Mutual Funds have a minimum limit ownership to be maintained by each Participation Unit holder. Participant unit holder should be aware that in the event of the balanced of investment unit is less than the minimum ownership limit required. The investment Managers has the right to immediately withdraw the investment units and transfer such redemption to the account holder of the relevant units.
