FREY,a realestatecompanyspecialising in thedevelopmentandmanagementofopen-air shoppingcentres,announcesthatithastodayfinalisedthesaleofa30%stakeinthecapitalofthecompanyholdingtheAlgarveShopping & Albufeira Retail Park shopping complex located in southern Portugal to the BNP ParibasDiversipierreOPCI,managedbyBNPParibasREIMFrance.Thistransaction,announcedonNovember6,2019,hasobtainedallthenecessaryauthorizations.Openedin2001andexpandedin2004,thesitewillberenovatedandwillbenefitfromthespiritandarchitecturalhighlightsofFrey'sShoppingPromenadeconcept.Thisfirstrankpropertyhasapotential9,000m²GLA9,000m²GLAexpansion,whichcouldreinforcetheleadershipoftheshoppingcentre.
