***Attention All #1801 Members Your Vote is Requested. ***At a regular Lodge meeting on May 15,2018, Member Becky McCaig introduced the followingProposal:

I move the Lodge be authorized to borrow up to $30,000 from Steel Works Credit Union forthe purpose of using all of said monies to replace the roof on our existing Lodge building. The loan will not result in a mortgage being placed against the Lodge property. The LodgeTrustees shall be authorized to act for the Lodge with regard to all matters concerning theloan and the subsequent expenditure of said monies to replace the Lodge roof.

This Proposal will be voted on at the regular Lodge meeting on June 19,2018. The vote will beto determine if the membership wants the Lodge to continue going through the loan process orif the membership wants the Lodge to desist with the Loan application. If the membershipchooses to vote in favor of the loan process continuing. The Lodge will petition the GrandLodge for its permission to proceed. If permission is granted from Grand Lodge the Lodge willproceed with the new roof project. If the membership should vote not in favor of the loan beingtaken for the roof project. .. the loan process would immediately be stopped and we would beforced to look at other fundraising avenues.
