Notes:
All Specialized pages include spots for all major varieties.
They do not include spots for most plate flaws, overprint flaws, etc.
On pages with stamp photos included, there may be some stamp boxes that are without photos due to my inability to find suitable images of those stamps.
At the end of each set is a blank page for each page style used in the set. If you would like additional pages that include custom boxes, text, etc., in a style that exactly matches the existing pages, or if you would like further customizations (odd-size stamp, additional boxes, etc.) to the existing pages, please send me a note through the ‘Contact Admin’ form that’s in the footer of every page on my website.
Cheers,
PostmasterGS

Germany (1919-1932) Deutsches ReichThe Weimar period was a time of great transition in the type and style of German postage stamps.
Early in the period, Germany continued its use of the long-running Germania series.
In 1923, rampant hyperinflation led to frequent issuance of increasingly higher-value stamps in an attempt to adjust to rising costs.
Finally, following the hyperinflation period, Germany began issuing a much wider variety of stamps, taking advantages of advances in printing technology and artistic design. This shift saw the introduction of stamps of more complex colors and designs and of better print quality.

On 1 December 1923, German currency was revalued, marking the end of the hyperinflation era. The new currency (Rentenmark) replaced the old Mark at a conversion rate of 1 Rentenmark = 1 Billion (in the U.S. numbering convention, 1 Trillion) Mark. The Rentenmark was then replaced with the Reichsmark in September / October 1924 at a 1:1 rate.
