Favorite personal ath-letic moment: Personally, I will never forget the game during my freshman year in which I struck out 14 batters in 5 innings. It was extremely exhilarating, and one of the most fun games of baseball I’ve ever participated in.

Hobbies: In my free time, I like to play video games, hangout with friends, and spend time with my family.

Community Service: Throughout my high school career, I have helped out with Flea Market parking, helped my friends move, and participated in “Read-ing Across America.” I have also helped my neighbors complete some work

around their house. I wish I could have done more, but COVID has limited my ability to partake in many Community Service activities.

Favorite musician, book or movie: I cannot narrow my favorite movie down to a single one. However, I can say that I have watched, and loved, almost every single Marvel movie.

Future Plans: I plan to either attend Virginia Tech, or a community college (and transfer to Virginia Tech), and major in a Computer Science related field. My dream would be to work at an extremely large, popular company such as Google or Apple.

Name something people would find interesting or unique about you: I am half-Japanese and moved here in the 7th grade. I have also lived in several states: New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, and now Virginia.

Future plans: I plan on going to a Christian based college in hopes to one day become a missionary!

Future plans: Graduate high school as valedictorian and then continue going schooling at Liberty University. I will study Christian and biblical stud-ies and then go on to be a Christian speaker and missionary.

Community Service: I volunteer a lot between JROTC and the Boy Scouts of America. I have honored veterans with JROTC by visiting them at nursing homes and helped with Relay for Life. I have picked up trash on the sides of roads, delivered food boxes to people who may not be able to afford it during Christmas time, and some general lawn care at churches.

Future Plans: I was sworn into the United States Army Reserves on January 20, 2021, and will go to basic this summer. This fall I plan to attend UVa-Wise, and pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a teacher licensure. After graduating from college I plan to become a Vir-ginia State Trooper.
