ABOUT US

The JEZEBELLES is an all-girl rock choir located in Southern California’s Inland Empire.

We bring a new rock quality to all types of alternative (and some mainstream) music.

We currently are 13 girls strong and work together to create harmonies and perform

dozens of popular (and not-so popular!) songs.

We perform with a full band on-stage and we are also a flash-mob!

We have brought a new sound to bands like:

Against Me!

Dropkick Murphys

Coheed and Cambria

The Runaways

Save Ferris

and MORE!

The Life, the Legend, the Legacy

(Excerpt from) The Inland Empire Music Scene Pays Tribute to Etta James By: Waleed Rashidi on January 26, 2012 The Jezebelles (Riverside) The Jezebelles have heavy hearts after the passing of Etta James. Since Etta was considered a Riverside staple while we were growing up, we feel especially connected to her and her music. We appreciate her for what she was and will remain—an incredibly talented and strong role model for female vocalists and performers. Etta could sing any genre of music and broke the boundaries for women of her time with strength and soul. At practice, we would often say that The Jezebelles would visit and perform for her one day. That day never happened. And although it never happened, we are still able to remember her for what she was to us: a fellow female performer who was knocked around by life from time to time, but always kept her chin up, put one foot in front of the other and just kept singing. We will always share that bond, that sisterhood of singers with Etta and we feel lucky to have had her as our predecessor and pioneer.

RIVERSIDE: The Jezebelles play Mission Tobacco Lounge

10:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, June 8, 2011

By JENNIFER DEAN The Press-Enterprise

All-girl rock choir The Jezebelles will play their first show at The Mission Tobacco Lounge in River-side on Friday at 8:30 p.m. The group of 12 women, all in their 20s, initially came together because they all loved to sing. They've done their time in the garage and found a growing following, so they decided to give the live stage a try. The members of the group are all from the Riverside area. "We sing cover songs, older and current artists," said Lindsey Peck. "We love it, it's awesome." The women will play with the band "The Bone Rollers," who will play their own show as well. "We have a good message that goes along with what we're doing ... to be something different and special," Peck said. "We came together because of our love of music and because we didn't want to be part of just another band. We just have fun with it." Reach Jennifer Dean at 951-368-9336,

RIVERSIDE: Local Bands Team Up with Businesses

By VANESSA FRANKO

9:50 AM PDT on November 10, 2011

We're heading into the giving season and if you don't get warm fuzzies from puppies, this might s often your rock 'n' roll heart just a little bit. Local musicians and local businesses are coming together for a show in Riverside on Friday night. The Jezebelles, the Inland area's all-female choir of rock awesome, and Riverside rock band Omaha Beach Party will be the entertainment and those groups have paired up with local businesses Crooks Skate Shop, Blood Orange Infoshop, Rouge Elephant Tattoo Gallery, Jerry Voodoo's Taxi Service, Atomic Closet Vintage Boutique and Inkaholics to raise awareness of the groups and businesses. The show harkens back to the time when local bands would pair up with local businesses (like skate shops and vintage boutiques) to get people psyched about the bands and the shops.

9 p.m. Friday, Romano's, 5225 Canyon Crest Drive, Riverside, $5, 18 and older.
